By accessing or using KADET you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Content & ownership

Artists retain ownership of the music they upload. By uploading, you grant KADET a license to host, stream, and promote your content on the platform. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

Pi tipping

Pi tips are voluntary contributions to creators. KADET facilitates these transactions but is not responsible for the value or transferability of Pi outside the platform.

Acceptable use

Don't upload infringing, illegal, or harmful content, and don't abuse the platform or other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as KADET evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
